Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours of placing order or shipment, whichever comes first. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 8 hours or sooner. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know, send us a picture and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred. We may request for you to pay for shipping returns depending on the circumstances.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We do not issue the refund if:

• your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
• past our 24 hour rule
• you may be responsible for paying for return label
• the product has already been used or molded

*You can submit refund requests within 24 hours after receiving the item. Anything further than that, then it may be out of our responsibility. You may have to pay for return label.

Once you pay for return postage you are required to take a picture of the return receipt and provide us with the tracking number.
